I was brought in one month prior to the event ( held August 17th, 2012) to assist with the Office of Advancement’s gigantic 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner and Auction event.There was a contracted event planner, but no one “in house” that really understood production of events.There were over 500 attendees and ending up being 50 pieces of donated art. I was happy to recently find out we raised 200,000 this year. Last year was around 90,000. Glad I was able to work evenings and weekends to make this work. Here we are celebrating the end of a successful event
